Positive Habits Create An Atmosphere Of Personal Growth
Did you know that habits are incredibly powerful tools for personal growth and success?
Think about the habits you have now and how they affect virtually every aspect of your life. Your weight and health are determined by your eating habits. Your relationships with people are determined by your social habits. Your success at work is determined by your work habits. You have sleeping habits that dictate how well you sleep. You have sexual habits. You even have buying habits; just take a look around your house and you will quickly see them. Our character, health and virtually every aspect of our lives are indeed determined by our habits.
If you ask ten people on the street what the word habit means, nine out of ten will tell you that a habit is a negative action that people do over and over again, like smoking, or procrastinating, or eating too much. Bad habits get all the press. Let’s look at the results of just one bad habit: smoking. Every year, over 400,000 people lose their lives to smoking-related illnesses in the United States. Imagine then, the negative power that exists in just that one bad habit. It is staggering.
Now I want you think about an even greater power, a power that can bring you success, health and happiness; a power for positive, permanent, and automatic personal growth: the power of positive habits. Let’s look a little closer at the meaning of the word habit. Random House dictionary defines habit in this way:
Habit: An acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary.
The important words in this definition are acquired and almost involuntary. Let me ask you a question. When is the last time you sat down and said to yourself, "Today I am going to add a new habit to my life?" I would venture to guess that you have probably never said those words. As you read this article, you will see how easy it is to add positive habits to your life and the great power they have to change it. Think about the words almost involuntary. This means the habit is so powerful in your mind that it is almost unstoppable! With respect to bad habits like smoking, procrastination, and overeating, this is very bad. But with positive habits, this is very, very good.
What is a positive habit? A positive habit is simply a habit that produces positive benefits, actions and attitudes you want to acquire and make a part of your life. Why is there such great power in positive habits to effect change? Because habits, by their very nature, are automatic. After a period of time they can become permanent.
So how do we go about adding new positive habits to our life? It’s really quite easy. You simply begin repeating an action, attitude or thought process every day for at least 21 days. Research has shown that an action that is repeated for a minimum of 21 days is likely to become a permanent habit. Remember that positive habits have positive benefits and you will reap those benefits for as long as you maintain that habit. So now that we know what positive habits are, and how to acquire them, let’s look at some simple positive habits from the book that will help you reach your goals and have a healthier body.
Positive Habit #53 - Make it a habit to set goals
Since we are talking about goals, what better habit could you have then the habit of setting goals? Did you know that the most successful people all share the common positive habit of goal setting? A study was done to determine the importance of goal setting. College students who had gone on to achieve great success in business were asked to list their habits. The students who had made a habit of setting goals were in the top 3% of earnings in the population!
It is almost impossible to overestimate the value of goal-setting as a positive habit. Goal setting is simple, yet 97% of the population never do it. By making goal setting a positive habit, you can start placing yourself in the top 3% of the population of successful people.
Here are some simple steps to help you start making goal setting a positive habit:
Step 1 - Define your goals, write them down, and be very specific; capture your goals on paper. It is amazing how many people never take the time to write down exactly what it is they want in life. Remember, you can’t hit a target if you don’t have one.
Step 2 - Determine what the time line is for reaching your goals; set specific deadlines for each goal.
Step 3 - Identify any obstacles that may stand in your way, list them, and state how you plan to overcome them.
Step 4 - Make a list of the people and/or organizations who will help you reach your goals.
If you are reading this then it is safe to assume that your old habits are not working for you. it's time to change things around creat a positive atmosphere around your life.
Creating positive habits the difference between happiness, success and giving you the best chance to live the life you deserve.

Motivating Yourself- Success And Confidence
One of the biggest secrets to achieving success is to become a confident person. You have to let go of destructive thoughts, otherwise, you end up becoming that negative person that no one wants around. Of course, it’s perfectly normal to have doubts. But regularly assuming the worst is already a problem. You already set your mind to thinking that things will never work to your favor, and you subconsciously sabotage your chances for true happiness.
Being overly confident isn’t smart either. Thinking that it’s in your fate to do something great can make your forego all the efforts to truly achieve what you want. Don’t pin your hopes to only one thing and know that it is better to work hard to get what you want. People will respect you more when they see that you are working just as hard as they do.
Yes, you may be a natural at something, but you never assume that your talents will work for you all the time even when you don’t try hard enough. When things backfire, you can really bruise your ego and hurt your self-esteem.
"You have to plan for your future and anticipate what could happen".
There’s always something to worry about, and if you think that life is a bed of roses, you are gravely mistaken. Of course, this is also not to say that you become a pessimist. It simply means that you have to plan for every possibility but also know that you have to take risks if you ever want to achieve anything. Believe in yourself but don’t be boastful, trust in your abilities but never be complacent.
If you want to be that person who inspires others to follow in your footsteps, earn their respect. Should you find yourself managing people under you, never use fear to motivate them. People may follow your advice when they fear you, but they can also just as easily betray you. Why? Because they never liked you to begin with.
Some people will actually jump at the chance to put you in your place once they know that they can gain power over you. To inspire others to be just as excellent, you have to give them a sense of purpose. Make them understand how valued they are and that the goal can only be achieved when everyone works together.
So when you feel that the energy is leaning towards the negative, take a step back and try to see the entire picture. Just as you are working towards achieving your dreams, so are the others.
Ask help when needed and extend your services to the others as well. You become a more motivated person when you know that the others are rooting for you. Should you commit a mistake, these people will be there to immediately help you pick up the pieces. To get kindness, you have to give it.
Be that person who cheers for their peers when they achieve success. Never be jealous of what others have because you also have unique talents of your own. Remember, certain accomplishments can be made when different talents are combined. As long you know that you have something to contribute, you’ll have people who’ll watch your back as well.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.

Time Management Facing Your Problems And Workload
We all have goals that we want to achieve, dreams that we want to attain. Our goals differ from each other, but reaching these may not be as easy as it looks. Yes, you have the perfect work attitude, and yes, also know how to prioritize. There are, however, some things in life that you just cannot control.
A sudden blackout may hinder you from completing your work, or an important family gathering may require you to let go of all your chores. What do you do when this time comes? Do you blame the things you cannot control for your failures? While this may be the easy way out, it is far from being right.
Life is made up of two types of people: the positive and the negative. The positive tend to win all the time because they also take responsibility for their failures by embracing them. The negative, on the other hand, simply walk away and point their finger at everyone but themselves.
How do you win in life? How do you become a productive person while being able to keep a very busy work schedule? The first thing you must know and accept is that you simply cannot win every time. It's what you do when you fail that counts. Here are some helpful tips to know and follow so that you can go through trials and misfortunes as smoothly as possible:
1. Don't blame other people for your failure - to blame them is to pass on your responsibilities. This is tantamount to throwing your arms up in the air and saying, “I give up!”
2. When problems arise, deal with them accordingly - plan what you need to do. Ask for help if you need to and let failures serve as lessons learned.
3. Never forget - remember what caused you to create the mistake in the first place. Keep these in mind and avoid situations wherein you'll be forced to make the same mistake twice.
4. Never let anything stop you - as you strive for success, there will always be hurdles to face. These hurdles simply slow you down, but that's all they will do.
5. Plan your life - make a careful schedule for each task to be done. No matter how many tasks there are, each undertaking achieved allows you to cross something off your list of things that have yet to be done.

1001 Motivation Tips: A Living Manifesto
A Call To Awaken And Live In The Now
“The fool spends his all days in
preparation for tomorrow.”
Heed these words.
The wise man learns from the folly of others; the foolish man is doomed to repeat it.
Truth is often counterintuitive. Yet truth is simple when the soul is quieted and the noise of intentions are relinquished for the solitude of the now.
It has been written that we need reminding more than we need to be informed. This is absolute if not counterintuitive truth.
Reminders, at first glance, appear a waste of our precious few moments. If after all we are to seize these moments and extract from them all they offer, why delve into the world of repetition?
Say "I love you" once to a person you adore. Then say it a thousand times over a thousand days. Tell the world which will grants you the greatest destiny.
The future you create begins in the now with a decision to repeat with the intention to excel; to rein-act until our dreams become our reality, all the while enjoying the present moments for what they are.
They are the very substance of reality. They are gifts to which a man can invest his spirit and his soul and create a legacy. And they are the building blocks of all things permanent. Without the now the future is without possibility. Without grandeur. Without awe.
We must not cease to prepare for the future; rather, we must engage in every moment with full anticipation for the splendor within the milliseconds and hope that they will unite to form an even more spectacular tomorrow.
We cannot skip these moments. We cannot glide over, fast-forward, or desire an end to what is manifest in our life in this exact space and time. For within our hands is the only time we have as well as the only hope for the destiny we desire.
What must follow is a simple yet monumentally challenging task. When faced with pain our natural inclination is to desire cessation; to move past rather than through. When presented with moments of lack, our instinct is to project ahead to moments of abundance.
This is a necessary step. We must see and feel what we desire in order to manifest it. However, we cannot do this at the expense of the once and present now.
To live life within truth, within the boundaries of the present, we must embrace it all. The wisdom the past grants us. The possibilities and intentions of the future. Both are solely dependent upon the total acceptance of the now.
You must embrace today, this minute, with the adoration of a lover long separated from the object of her affection and reunited for but a moment.
Cling tight. Let the blood rush from your fingers until they turn the purest of white. Hold these moments as the treasure of kings.
Then invest them. Plant them like seeds in the fertile ground of hope, intention and action.
Your tomorrows are the product of the seeds of the present. To see crops without appreciation of the seeds that wrought them is to miss the power of the now and the intention of creation itself.
Your mother is the now. The present moment, awakened by decision, is the womb which brings forth your future.
Honor this.
Greatness must no longer be defined as what one has been able to collect. True greatness is gratitude; appreciation for the exact and present now. Greatness is the skill of extracting everything of value from the moments now at hand. Destiny is created from the wise investment of these moments, and never at the sake of the moments themselves.
One's greatest destiny does not sacrifice moments for the potential of future moments. Genius recognizes that such a pattern would but repeat itself, and any future "now" would be glossed over in hope of a greater tomorrow.
Genius is awake. Present. Alive.
Aware that happiness is both present and capable of increase; but present nonetheless.
All things we desire are present within the process of decision. We decide what is and what is not. We decide our definitions of happy, sad, wealth, poverty, giving, sacrifice. We alone determine our role. Victim or teacher; both, or neither.
It requires little effort to determine what we lack. It takes an awakening of the genius within to fully realize what we possess. It takes inspired action to use these possessions and manifest our greatest destiny.
Lack is the dissonant echo of false perception. In truth we have all we require in the once and present now. We can ask nothing more than the fulfillment of that which we already possess. To expand upon the existing and to lend it in quantity to those around us.
Fulfillment is the product of intention, which is the product of decision. Decision brings clarity. All greatness is the product of decisions. All lack is the natural result of the inability to decide.
Decide.
Decide to embrace your moments in full. Elements of lack are a trivial issue. What you possess should be your focus. Focus on this and the emotional power it can manifest and all future moments will attract in kind. Focus on lack and all future moments will be tainted with a bitter flavor.
To do something great does not require courage. To decide to do it demands our greatest fortitude. The moment of decision is the most courageous of all. It is the apex of our decisions that asks us to be the most fearless.
Decision is the ultimate expression of the now.
One cannot decide in the future. All decision is an expression of the moment; the realization that we are awake and capable within the gift of the now. The inspired action that propels us into our future on the wheels of moments fully realized.
We cannot attract happiness if we see only misery in the now.
We cannot attract wealth if we are but paupers in the now.
We cannot attract health if we are only broken in the now.
We cannot receive love if we cannot see love in the now.
Yet we can infinitely expand upon every attribute we possess if we but recognize each as present; each as whole in the one and only now.
Energy can only go in one direction. It it too precious to waste. Use it wisely, and with intention, decision and choice.
Deciding to focus on a lack of happiness is to spend energy in the direction of misery. Spend it instead in the realization of where happiness exists in the now. Let this fill your mind, and you will manifest happiness in greater abundance with each moment that awaits you.
Let the wealth and abundance you have in this exact and singular space in time create appreciation, gratitude and awe.
Let the health you do possess expand and attract even more of the same.
Let the love you give and receive be fully known in the now.
This is the secret of true kings; enlightened teachers and beacons of possibility who have graced our existence.
Energy coalesces. Energy collects more of the same unto itself.
We create only what we possess. We manifest more of what we currently realize, embrace and appreciate.
There are no exceptions.
All of this begins in the greatest of moments: the one you currently embody.
From this moment all moments are forged. All abundance is created. All love is given and received.
The antithesis of this is a life lived on autopilot. A life lived in expectation of some thing that never comes. A life glossed over in favor of a future that never manifests itself.
A life never lived at all.
We have the ability to create such grief and loss. We have within each of us the ability to decide not to live. To be great...tomorrow. To love more...later. To decide...someday.
The definition of death is not the cessation of life. It is the relinquishing of it.
It is the decision not to live it at all.
Decide.
Decide to embrace the splendor of the now.
Decide to see greatness in the moment.
Decide to love beyond your limits.
Decide to give from the pool of abundance that all can access.
Decide to receive with joy.
Decide to grasp the wonder of the unknown.
Decide to live a life that attracts your true and greatest destiny.

Overcome The Fear Of Failure
Wouldn’t it be great if we were all mentally tough and that we could take whatever life throws our way? Fear of the unknown is what usually holds us back from doing anything remotely interesting and different. Usually though, this only takes the backseat to an even bigger fear, and that is fear of failure! Sure we want to discover something so innovative that we leave people in awe, but we also continually ask ourselves ‘what if,’ and that stops us immediately in our tracks.
Life is a game wherein we all take a gamble every so often, but what sets us apart from the winners is our attitude when we get into the game. We simply become too afraid and will settle for mediocrity simply because we do not want to be humiliated. We accept defeat and convince ourselves that the skill is just not in us. We should keep in mind that while negative thoughts create gloom, the energy radiated by having a positive attitude is reflected in our actions.
The same goes to our professional lives. Some of us go to work, do our job, and basically do everything as a routine of habit. We are far from being satisfied with our careers but we carry on nonetheless. Why? Because that’s what we do and are familiar with. We have other dreams but keep them on the back burner because we don’t know if we have the right abilities and talents. If we do decide to pursue our dreams and do what we are most passionate about, we fear that we aren’t good enough and that we might humiliate ourselves in the end. Our life can become a sham with this attitude, and we definitely have to pursue our innermost desires to have a chance at happiness.
If you have a fear of failure, know that this is not unique to only you. Many other people dread the thought of losing. However, it is important to note that this fear can do more than keep us from being successful. It holds us back from living the kind of life we deserve. Often times, this form of terror develops over a period of time, often triggered by memories of sadness. Because we did fail in the past, we know how it felt when people laughed at us when we fell and couldn’t get up.
The truth is, we are good enough. We may not be talented in some areas, but surely there is something we are excellent at. We need to improve our self esteem and realize that life is all about experimenting. If we fail, then maybe we should look at the process and see what went wrong. Every good scientist knows that they have to come up with a good hypothesis before they test it.
We all have to be that scientist who willingly tries out every theory. The road to success is ridden with bumps, and it is only in trying will we realize which ones should be avoided. If there’s one thing I can assure you, it is the fact that people who keep trying despite their hundreds of failures will triumph a lot sooner than those who don’t give any effort at all.
So, how exactly can we all overcome fear? Just take baby steps but be brave enough to give everything a shot. Those who cop out will be those who will live their lives with great regret.

1001 Motivation Tips: Learn To Accept Who You Are
The word best is relative. Some people think that they become better people when they’ve climbed the ladder of success and reached the top. Some, on the other hand, believe that a happy family life will make them the best that they can be. The word is actually dependent on your aspirations in life. Admittedly, we all have different goals, and some of these goals may be harder to attain than the others.
Whatever our dreams are, we have to know that we only get better when we become stronger. Becoming better, whether physically, spiritually, or mentally, will, in turn, all depend on how we are as a person.
To start with, we have to learn to accept who we are and what our limitations are. We all have different talents and we need to know what our niche in life is so we can work on it. Our life’s experiences have shaped who we’ve become, and because we have different experiences, we all have unique talents and abilities. Someone who grew up in squalor may say that they have become more street-smart, a successful person may boast of his business abilities, and a mother may say that she is quite adept at balancing her time at work and with her family. Whatever it is, we’ve learned to cope with life because we simply had to. And in our efforts to meet all the demands placed on us, we had to learn the ways in which we can meet the expectations that others have of us.
The problem is that many people don’t want to accept who they are and what they’ve become. They sometimes let their past affect them, as if they were ashamed of the very thing that helped them become the person that they are. Living in shame is not a way to becoming our ultimate selves. If we do, we will spend our lives trying to hide our true nature. That’s simply no way to live!
We must know that there are just things we cannot change. These things should teach us to be proud of whom we are. After all, when we go through great misery, we come out of it filled with wisdom. We must share our story, because at least we can say that we had it in us to succeed despite the things that happened to us. We should be proudest of the things that we were once ashamed of. I assure you, people will see us with respect. They will know us as a person who can do it. This is the greatest gift we can share.
Take a look at the world around you and get to know the most successful individuals out there. You’ll soon learn that many of them were once selfish individuals. They’ve become who they are because they learned from their mistakes, and they shared these mistakes with people so that others may learn from it. They’ve become the unselfish gurus who thirst to give guidance to those who want to become as successful as they are. They’ve earned the respect of millions of people, and we all could be just like them if we learn to accept our mistakes and share our talents to those who need it. If things just worked this way, only then can we truly say that it’s a wonderful world.

1001 Motivation Tips: Courage And Reslience
Courage is defined as the ability to face fears with our heads held high. It is not the absence of trepidation that we can truly say that we are brave. In fact, people experience fear everyday, and sometimes are even paralyzed by it. We are allowed to feel all these things.
In fact, we should! Otherwise, we wouldn’t be human if we were immune to the many types of emotions. It does not require sacrificing our lives all of the time. In fact, we all have the makings of a real hero, and in our own little ways, we can show that we are willing to face all the trials that life throws in our way.
The opportunity to be courageous is inside us all and we are given many opportunities where we can practice this. We sometimes do everything to avoid these uncomfortable situations. As we face the Goliath of our inner David, we get scared of the unknown and of the possibility that we will lose. We can’t help but flinch and run away.
That is why, in times like these we need to know that there are things around us that can help us. We have to know that we all have the innate ability to summon all our strength and stand our ground.
Here are just a few tips that may help us along the way:
1. We have to know what we have. Fear can rule us and paralyze us if we let it. Then, instead of facing something manageable, we face a puffed up illusion of the fear. We have to realize that we always have someone to lean on. Pray and ask the people in our lives to help us through the ordeal, no matter how small or big it is.
Our insecurities may be huge in our minds that this can seem insurmountable, but the only way we can overcome them is to face them and push ourselves towards them. We have people we can count on. This is not to say that we forgo all our responsibilities and let them handle all of it. We have to know that we still must go through it, but a hand to hold makes a world of difference.

1001 Motivation Tips: Manifesting Life Within The Moments
Hi it's Jag252 with a fantastic gift for you.
Below you'll find an article by a friend of mine that really brought things into focus for me. I found it very intriguing, and thought you would enjoy reading it, too.
------------
Manifesting Life Within The Moments
by Jon Benson
Take a pen and a sheet of paper and just start doodling. Seriously.
Congratulations -- you've just created something from nothing...an image that never existed before nor will ever exist again, carved from the moments of your alloted time on this planet.
Hang with me -- this all deals with your level of fitness, the power of your mind, and the success you have in your life...
M Power Series
Any child recognizes their power to create. Most even realize the power to mold their own destinies. Children know when they've done something "wrong", even when they're doing it in most cases. They also know the "destiny" that awaits them in the form of dad coming home from work! Perhaps they do not know the particulars, but they get the basic idea.
Somewhere along the way, someone or something talked most of us out of the idea that we have anything to do with our destiny, let alone that we can manifest our moments, literally creating our destiny by existing fully within the moments we are given and making the most out of them.
To some, this sounds as if one is trying to "play God"...but this is not true. Instead, I believe that we are called by existence itself to manage our lives and our destiny through the application of powerful, truthful thinking that inspires consistent, Core-motivated action.
That was a long sentence, but an important one. Let's break it down.
M-Power is founded on the Principle of Core Ethics (tm). This applies to your body, mind, relationships...you name it.
Core Ethics is a combination of three crucial and universal truths:
1. Truth
2. Responsibility
3. Abundance
More specifically, truthful thinking, ruthless responsibility, and flowing abundance. These are the key distinctions within my key distinctions!
All three of these distinctions are covered heavily in M-Power, but for today I'd like to give you some broad-stroke truths to apply in the art of manifesting your moments.
First, by thinking truthfully (as opposed to "positively" or "irrationally"), one can see that words become our world. James Allen took a passage from the Bible to clarify this in his book, "As A Man Thinketh." What we think produces a conversation with our self -- the most important of all conversations, as it's by far the longest. This produces the words we say to ourselves and to others. These words are either based in truth or based in fiction.
Saying, "I'm going to die if I don't get some ice cream" is, of course, utter fiction. Yet most people use this type of language all the time. The opposite is the "positive thinking" camp -- the ones who look in the mirror and say, "I'm fit, and I'm beautiful!" when they're not...and they're not!
The alternative, and the way to begin manifesting your destiny in the moment, rather than in some far away, mystical "someday", is to say this:
"I am in the process of learning what I need to know in order to become more fit, healthy and attractive every day of my life."
This is not a false statement if you are so much as reading this article!
Remember this scientific fact: any form of energy that is non-truth creates dissonance, and dissonance remodels cellular structure. That sounds kinda complex, but all I'm saying is this:
You lie, you die.
Really.
Photographs of water prove this point. Saying things that are not true to the speaker changes the structure of water molecules. Speaking words of hate do the same. You are programmed to live in harmony with yourself, and the language we use on a daily basis is often the opposite of harmony. It is the creation of dissonance. And we wonder why we have all this mental and physical disease in our world!
Your very cells scream out, "Take responsibility!" Speak in truth, both out loud and to yourself, and watch what happens.
This level of accountability to yourself will produce flowing abundance, or wealth in every area of your life that flows outward rather than remains bottled up inside of you. "Canning abundance" as I call it is a sure-fire way to total overwhelm in life. You must share it -- and by doing so, you reap more.
Become a manifestor of moments; moments that add up to the time of your life.
You can start today by joining up with an entire team dedicated to three things in your life: your health, your wealth, and your total abundance.

Self-Esteem: The Magic X-Factor
Self-Esteem: the Magic X-Factor
Self-esteem is one of the most important aspects influencing your performance and success in many areas of life. It can help you get a job (and keep on getting promotions!). It can help you make friends and get dates. And people with high self-esteem generally feel happier, healthier, and more stable and secure.
Don Hamachek is a highly respected author and researcher in the field of psychology. He's had a big influence on studies of self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. His research was published in Encounters with Others (New York: Holt, Rinehart, & Wilson, 1982). Here are some of his findings on the importance of self-esteem:
People with high self-esteem . . .
- Usually see other people in a better light, too.
- Expect other people to like and accept them.
- Perform better in high pressure situations, and do better work when the standards are high.
- Feel confident and secure enough to shrug off negative comments from others.
On the other hand, people with low self-esteem . . .
- Frequently dislike others.
- Expect that other people will dislike and reject them.
- Have trouble performing under pressure, and find it hard to work in demanding environments.
- Are more vulnerable to negative comments and reactions from others.
These tendencies can spill over into all areas of a person's life, with major consequences. That's why self-esteem is the critical factor – it's one of those make-or-break variables that has the power to transform your life, for good or bad. High self-esteem is a little like a magic spell that works in any number of situations.
If you're struggling in any area of your life, whether personal or professional, it's possible that your problems are just symptoms of a bigger problem: low self-esteem. Find a way to improve your self-esteem, and you can expect things to start improving in lots of ways.
Core Inner Strength, a hypnosis program developed by Dr. Shirley McNeal, is a fun and easy way to improve your self-esteem. In just four hypnotic sessions, you will discover the life-changing secrets behind experiencing comfort and safety in yourself, raising your self-esteem and self-confidence, and finding your inner strength.

There are others of course but you see where I'm going with this.
One of the most important keys to sticking to your exercise program is having the proper motivation. In short, without the proper motivation you would not be able to stick to any fitness routine, long enough to achieve any results.
Motivation is something that does not happen in an instant. Motivation needs to be worked at. Just when you can find enough motivation, it can also be easy enough to lose. Remind yourself of what your motivation was to start with.
One way of reminding yourself of the what you are doing to keep the motivation up is learning to have a visual image of what you want to look like. If you want to get that six pack abs look, you might want to have a visual image of what you will look like after achieving your goal.
Another way to keep your motivation up while on an exercise program is by not doing it alone. Find someone with the same fitness goals you have. This way, you have someone who can give you the motivation to do better. Having a friend to work out with can help provide you with the necessary motivation that you need to keep going.
Another way to keep up your motivation is by keeping track of your progress. Try to have a record of your previous weight or size and try to keep track of the changes on a weekly basis to give you an account of the pounds that you have lost and the inches that have melted away due to your hard work on your goal to get that six pack abs look. Just by keeping track and being aware of the positive changes would even give you more motivation to do better and keep going.
“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.”
